The Dedicated Personnel Plan is ideally suited to small and mid-sized hosting companies. This team is like having your own employees in an outside location. With a 24x7 dedicated personnel team, you get the additional benefit of a Project Leader being assigned to your company whose only job is to help you get the most out of your team. In this plan you get the following benefits -
- 8x7 (8 Hours a day, 7 days a week) by each dedicated person on your team.
- Ability to interview the people proposed for your team over phone/chat.
- Continuous contact with the people allocated to your team over IM (Instant Messenger)
- Detailed QA (Quality Audit/Assurance) and Production reports from our senior staff for each of your team members each month
- Handling of Live Chat and Helpdesk by the same person in his/her shift depending on the load factor on your support.
- Backup to your team member is provided for the days off (of the regular team member as everyone works 6 days a week) and other unforeseen holidays (such as illness etc)
- Complete shift end report each day from each of your team members detailing all the tasks/issues/tickets handled by them during the shift.
- Access to an escalation process within our office which allows you and your team to escalate issues that they cannot handle to System Administrators and Project Leaders.
- All techs are engineers with additional certifications such as - RHCE and MCSE.
- Each Dedicated Personnel tech has atleast 1000 Hours of Hosting Support experience.
